The MAKI mobile loading ramp is a loading ramp that is used extremely frequently for loading and unloading trucks/containers. Because the floating axle is arranged in the centre, the mobile loading ramp can be manoeuvred excellently and requires very little space in manoeuvring.
A manual hydraulic pump brings the mobile loading ramp into position (at your choice: electrical/hydraulic pump) from the last loading height to the new loading height.
The mobile loading ramp is brought into position on trucks/containers. The pump valve is opened, the ramp is lowered onto the ground of the truck/container.
The centre axle goes into the floating position (safety chain quick-acting closure is applied). Since the centre axle does not have any static function during loading (the axle does not bear any load), the industrial truck does not dip with its load when it drives over the support point of the lip.
After completing the loading and unloading process, the safety chain quick-acting closure is released and the hydraulic valve is closed. The ramp is pumped up using the manual hydraulic pump so that the truck can move up after releasing the safety chains.
The ramp is ready for the next loading process. The ramp has a fork hook suspended on gimbals (at your choice: a receiving device with a bale bracket).
